2. Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine:
Research has shown that when ultrasound acts on a liquid, the collapse of each bubble generates an energy shockwave, equivalent to instantly producing temperatures of several tens of degrees and pressures up to thousands of atmospheres. This phenomenon is known as "cavitation." Ultrasonic cleaning utilizes the shockwaves generated by bubble collapse in the liquid to clean and flush the inner and outer surfaces of workpieces.
Ultrasound propagates through the liquid, causing the liquid and the cleaning tank to vibrate together at the ultrasonic frequency. The liquid and the cleaning tank have their own natural frequencies of vibration, which correspond to the sound wave frequency, resulting in the humming sound heard.
The suitable cleaning temperature for aqueous cleaning solutions is 40-60°C. Especially in cold weather, if the cleaning solution temperature is low, cavitation effects are poor, and cleaning effectiveness is reduced. Therefore, some cleaning machines are equipped with heating elements around the cleaning tank for temperature control. When the temperature rises, cavitation occurs more easily, improving cleaning effectiveness.
